Welcome to taleva-app.com and the Taleva mobile application (the “Platform”), owned and operated by My Everlasting Voice Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), company number 15746191.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Do not use it for illegal or fraudulent activity, damage or interfere with it, or impair another person’s use. Use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple standard End User Licence Agreement.

2. Content and intellectual property

Platform materials, including software, graphics and other content, belong to My Everlasting Voice Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, adapt or commercially use those materials without permission. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

3. Third-party services

The Platform may link to other websites or services. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.

4. Availability and disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties concerning the Platform and its content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend, withdraw or restrict access.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Everlasting Voice Limited disclaims liability for loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
